In four seasons as the feisty host of Discovery Home Channel's series Emmy nominated series Toolbelt Diva, Norma paired up with female homeowners to tackle a variety of real-life home-improvement projects. Toolbelt Diva proved that any woman can take on just about any home-improvement project with the help of Norma's knowledge and confidence. While devoted to empowering women, the show found viewership with men and children as well. Norma's hands-on and animated approach to DIY made Toolbelt Diva a show enjoyed by all of the family.
Prior to her moniker hit Toolbelt Diva, Norma was the construction expert on Discovery Channel's series Rally Round the House. In 56 episodes Norma led endless hardscape and softscape projects with family, friends, and neighbors in surprise exterior makeovers for deserving homeowners. Norma's popularity on this show made evident her talent and appeal to drive a show all her own-hence the birth of Toolbelt Diva.

Toolbelt Diva hit the airwaves! As host of her own radio show on SIRIUS Satellite Norma Vally proved that any woman can take on just about any home improvement project! This chick-empowered talk show featured "The Diva" herself helping callers tackle home improvement as well as interviews with various expert construction, design, and lifestyle guests. With Norma's distinctive voice and skill behind a mic becoming a successful radio host was a natural progression to her ever growing media career.
